1. What Data Does MyCourtStats Hold?
MyCourtStats stores most of your data locally on your device (team names, player names, game statistics, app settings). This data is never sent to our servers.
The only exception is limited subscription data (anonymous user ID, subscription status, purchase date, product identifier) processed by our sub-processor RevenueCat when you subscribe to the premium version. See our privacy policy for details.
2. Deleting Data Stored on Your Device
You have two options to delete data stored locally:
- From within the app: delete specific teams, players or games directly in the app interface.
- By uninstalling the app: removing MyCourtStats from your device deletes all locally stored data immediately and permanently.
3. Deleting Your Subscription Data
If you have subscribed to the premium version and wish to delete the limited subscription data held by RevenueCat, contact us by email at mycourtstats@triangulate.fr with the subject "Data deletion request".
Please include in your email:
- The platform you used to subscribe (App Store or Google Play)
- The approximate date of subscription
- Any app user ID you may have (optional)
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once the data has been deleted. Note that deleting subscription data will not refund an active subscription; cancellation must be done separately via the App Store or Google Play.
4. No Account to Delete
MyCourtStats has no user accounts. There is nothing to "close" — the steps above are the full data deletion process.
