1. No Personal Data Collection
MyCourtStats does not collect any personal data that identifies you. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no cookies, and no advertising.
All information you enter in the app (player names, game statistics, team names) is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers. A limited exception applies if you subscribe to the premium version — see Section 5 (Third-Party Services).
2. Data Stored Locally
The following data is stored on your device and only on your device:
- Team names and information
- Player names and positions
- Game statistics
- App settings
This data is never transmitted, shared, or accessed by the developer of MyCourtStats.
3. No Geolocation
MyCourtStats does not access your geographic location.
4. In-App Purchases
MyCourtStats offers premium features through subscriptions managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google). Payment transactions are handled entirely by the respective platform. MyCourtStats never receives or stores your payment information.
Subscription status (active, expired, trial) is processed by our sub-processor RevenueCat — see Section 5 for details.
5. Third-Party Services
To manage premium subscriptions consistently across iOS, Android and the web, MyCourtStats uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., United States). When you subscribe, the following limited information is shared with RevenueCat:
- An anonymous user identifier generated by the app (not linked to your name or email)
- Your subscription status (active, expired, trial)
- Purchase date and product identifier provided by Apple or Google
- Anonymous device identifiers provided by the App Store or Google Play
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, location, or any statistics entered in the app. You can review RevenueCat's privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Since data is transferred to a service based in the United States, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.
6. Deleting Your Data
You can delete your data at any time directly within the app (by deleting teams, players, or games). Uninstalling the app removes all data stored on your device. To delete subscription data held by RevenueCat, contact us at mycourtstats@triangulate.fr — or cancel your subscription via the App Store or Google Play.
7. Children's Privacy
MyCourtStats is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is designed for coaches, parents and basketball fans to track players' statistics.
When the app is used to record statistics for youth players (U9, U11, U13, etc.), we recommend using first names or initials only rather than full names. The adult (coach or parent) using the app remains responsible for the data entered.
If you believe we may have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. Since statistics are stored locally on the device, uninstalling the app immediately removes all such data.
8. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to know what personal information is collected, used, or shared
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
How this applies to MyCourtStats:
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Local app data (teams, players, stats) never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
- The only personal data processed by a third party is limited subscription data shared with RevenueCat — see Section 5.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or website.
