MyCourtStats is a mobile app for tracking basketball statistics, designed for amateur teams and players. It is published by Virginie Trunkenwald, self-employed (auto-entrepreneur).
By downloading and using MyCourtStats, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Features and Pricing
MyCourtStats offers basic features free of charge, as well as premium features available through a paid subscription.
Subscription options are presented within the app.
3. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google) depending on your device. Payments are processed directly by the respective platform.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is issued for the current period.
- Prices may change. You will be notified of any changes before renewal.
4. Data and Backups
All data (teams, players, games, statistics) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all stored data. The publisher cannot be held responsible for any data loss.
5. Limitation of Liability
MyCourtStats is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The publisher does not guarantee the absence of errors, the accuracy of calculated statistics, or the continuous availability of the app.
The publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
6. Intellectual Property
The MyCourtStats app, its design, code, and content are the exclusive property of Virginie Trunkenwald. Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.
7. Changes to These Terms
The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the app after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
